2.1 Million Available for State Incentive Grants for Persons with Co-Occurring Substance Related and Mental Disorders: "The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) announces the availability of FY 2006 funds for Co-Occurring State Incentive Grants (COSIG). These grants will enhance infrastructure to increase the capacity to provide accessible, effective, comprehensive, coordinated, integrated, and evidence-based treatment services to persons with co-occurring substance abuse and mental disorders. Grantees will also participate in a national evaluation of the COSIG program."
