(Pepsi) will eliminate leaded labels on bottled soft drinks imported from Mexico to resolve allegations Pepsi violated Proposition 65 by failing to warn consumers the bottles labels contained lead, a toxic substance that can cause birth defects, learning disabilities and cancer."
