Volunteer Inmate Ward Match Program Contract Solicitation - Deadline 8/15/2007: "The primary service to be provided by the Contractor is to match each ward, upon his/her request and referral by the DJJ, with a Contractor citizen volunteer during the ward’s institutional/camp program. The volunteer pledges to visit his/her assigned ward twice monthly, or in lieu of one these monthly visits, volunteer will write to the ward. The volunteer works under the professional guidance of his/her ward’s institutional/camp counselor or parole agent/case manager and under the supervision of the Contractor’s personnel."
