Crack/Powder Cocaine Sentences: Judiciary Backs Reducing Disparity
A federal judge told a House subcommittee that the policy-making Judicial Conference of the United States "strongly supports legislation to reduce the unsupportable sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine."
