Bids sought for substance abuse professional services; 1-19-07 deadline: "The State of California, Department of Personnel Administration (DPA) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to obtain Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Services. This IFB seeks a qualified contract to provide SAP services to a consortium that has been established by DPA to conduct drug and alcohol testing for the State's Federally-mandated commercial driver and the State's Reasonable Suspicion testing programs for State employees that are covered by the Federal drug and alcohol testing regulations and State of California statutes, regulations and collective bargaining agreements. SAP services must be provided for State employees located geographically throughout the entire state."
