Social Security Administration (SSA) Benefits Planning, Assistance and Outreach Program Grant: "The Social Security Administration (SSA) announces the availability of cooperative agreement funds to extend community-based benefits planning, assistance, and outreach projects for four months ONLY for already participating grantee organizations whose current Budget Period ends May 31, 2006. The purpose of these projects is to disseminate accurate information to beneficiaries with disabilities (including transition-to-work aged youth) about work incentives programs and issues related to such programs, to enable them to make informed choices about work"
