FEMA Grants $250,000 To Remove Building From Floodplain: "PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced today the approval of a grant totaling more than $250,000 for the acquisition and demolition of the Moore Building, a commercial structure located in the Beaver Pond Creek floodplain in the Town of Bluefield, Virginia."
