Send your child back to school with grow-and-go foods

Research has shown that children's ability to learn and their attention span in school are greatly affected by the quality of their diet. We all want to give our children the best when it comes to food. Too often we are in a rush and go for what is most convenient, which may not be a healthy choice. This is especially true at the beginning of the school year when we are trying to get back into a routine. Yet, for children, eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich too often can get old quickly, and often it ends up in the trash can. Send your child back to school with grow-and-go foods
