Female Rehabilitative Community Correctional Center RFP: "The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is releasing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids for 4,350 Female Rehabilitative Community Correctional Center (FRCCC) beds. This expansion will be accomplished in two phases: 2,350 will be activated in Fiscal Year (FY) 2007/08 and 2,000 in FY 2008/09. These beds will be located in various locations throughout California. The FRCCC’s will provide housing, sustenance, and gender-responsive programs and services for non-serious, non-violent female offenders. "
