U.S. Embassy Beirut Consular Section Re-opens For Limited Visa Services - Lebanese Citizens will be Rescheduled for Interviews: "The U.S. Embassy offers the following information about important temporary changes to its immigrant and nonimmigrant visa services. Beginning Thursday, August 24 the Consular Section will resume Immigrant Visa processing. Lebanese citizens who were previously scheduled for an immigrant visa interview will be re-scheduled immediately. "
