UNITED STATES AND MEXICO SIGN CEMENT AGREEMENT: "WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Commerce Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez today joined U.S. Trade Representative Rob Portman and Mexico's Secretary of Economy Sergio Garcia de Alba to sign the U.S.-Mexico Agreement on Cement. The Agreement successfully resolves the 16-year dispute over the U.S. antidumping duty order on imports of gray portland cement from Mexico."
