Flooding in South Central New York: "There is severe flooding in parts of south-central New York including much of the Delaware River basin as a result of heavy rainfall over the last several days. The Delaware River at Callicoon, NY was at 19.64 feet and over 125,000 cubic feet per second (ft3/s) at 7:30 this morning (Wednesday June 28). The National Weather Service flood stage for this site is 12 feet."
