Counties currently under aState of Emergency because of adverse effects on the Klamath River Basin Chinook Salmonpopulation include: Del Norte, Humboldt, Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Siskiyou."
