SAMHSA Awards $21.9 Million for Mental Health Transformation State Incentive Grants: "The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) today announced the award of two new Mental Health Transformation State Incentive grants totaling $21.9 million over five years.
