Bids sought for drug/alcohol abuse testing; 3-9-07 deadline: "The California Department of Personnel Administration is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide combined drug and alcohol testing services which consist of collection of urine specimens, administering of breath alcohol tests, analysis, and CALIFORNIA based Medical Review Officer (MRO) services for mandatory drug and alcohol testing of State employees in safety-sensitive classifications. The contractor will be required to provide these services statewide. All bids must be received by the date and time specified in the IFB."
