Funding Available for 65 Targeted Capacity Expansion Grants for Substance Abuse Treatment and HIV/AIDS Services: "The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is soliciting applications to enhance and expand substance abuse treatment and /or outreach and pretreatment services in conjunction with HIV/AIDS services in African American, Hispanic, and other racial ethnic communities severely affected by substance abuse and HIV/AIDS. All awards will be subject to the availability of funds. "
