Mitigation Saves Time, Money And, Possibly, Lives

Officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS) are stressing the importance of using hazard mitigation measures when rebuilding, remodeling or building new construction to save time, money and, possibly, lives when future disasters strike.
